Breaths to Heart
Begin with the first four steps to prepare ones self for the meditation. First find a sense of comfort. Not just physical comfort but and absence of emotions, creating a sense of safety around your physical and emotional landscape. Secondly let go of any emotional and psychological baggage you brought to the meditation. Relax in to self and into the environment. The third step is finding a passive attitude. Be prepared to receive within the state of just being. The fourth step is finding a distraction for your inner gremlins. You know those puritanical ones that tell you all those you shoulds & on and on. The more you engage him the more he will take over and prevent you from finding the sacred silence. A mantra can be used or any other tool to distract him.
Now relax and breath in bringing in white light into your body. Let it flow through your head, chest, down into your legs, out your arms. With each breath let it flow back in again. Finding that sense of peace you created in the beginning. In your next few breaths in bring in the white light again into the body. This time sending it directly into the heart. Gather the beautiful energy and imagining the perfect you, you are the perfect you! Allow this perfect you to leave your body. It is flowing out gently finding its resting place next to you. Your perfect self and you are now next to one another. Look at the perfect-you eye to eye and the perfect you is looking directly at you. Now allow your physical form to stand up. Then jump or step into the perfect-you form. Now take another breath to heart. Slowly become aware of your physical form and physical surroundings. Gently open your eyes and return to the room.
Each time you do this meditation imagine the perfect-you further and further away from the physical you. You will still be able to step into one another. This builds a bond between you and your intuitive self. It will also be the first step in finding the sacred silence where the ancestors communicate. This meditation will also help you grow awareness of self. That is where all true magic begins!!!
